From Beginners to Developing Archers These private archery lessons are designed for both beginners and archers with prior experience who want to build strong fundamentals, improve consistency, and develop sound shooting technique. With several years of hands-on teaching experience, Coach Michelle provides structured, patient, and detail-focused instruction for Barebow and Olympic Recurve archers. Lessons are adapted to each student’s level — from first-time shooters learning safe and correct form, to developing archers working on refinement and stability. Each session emphasizes understanding proper technique and building repeatable habits, helping students progress confidently and efficiently. Lessons may include: • Safety procedures and range rules • Fundamental shooting form and alignment • Equipment setup and tuning guidance • Distance adjustment and aiming principles • Customized drills for Barebow and Olympic Recurve • Clear feedback and step-by-step correction The 1-on-1 format allows for personalized coaching, immediate feedback, and a training plan tailored to individual goals. Small group sessions (up to 3 people) are also available for those who prefer to learn together. Lessons are open to youth and adults. Children under 8 require a coach’s assessment before booking.
