Richard is currently a USA Archery Lv4 National-Level Coach, Lv3 Instructor Trainer, and Lv3 National Judge Candidate, as well as NFAA National Judge Candidate. Trained and mentored by world-renowned Korean coach Kim, he applies an athlete-centered, high-performance approach with archers of all levels. His students have achieved success from local to national levels. His coaching philosophy is simple: help every archer realize their full potential.

Jay is currently a USA Archery Level 2 Instructor. As a martial artist, he has explored the original form of archery as a battlefield skill. He is a descendant of China Ming Dynasty border military martial arts, proficient in target and speed shooting. His coaching philosophy: " I don’t teach archery as a sport but as a martial art, a form of kung fu.". He also got certification of "Top 100 Masters of Chinese Kungfu Throwing Weapons".

Michelle is currently a USA Archery Level 2 Instructor, specializing in Barebow and Olympic recurve. She has over 5 years of coaching experience teaching archery in both China and the U.S, she had participated in multiple tournaments. Her coaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals,developing consistency and helping archers gain confidence through a clear understanding of the shooting process.

Vivian is currently a USA Archery Level 2 Instructor. She is specialized in Barebow and Olympic Recurve bows. She brings her passions into teaching students.

Jason is currently a USA Archery Level 2 Instructor. As a traditional culture enthusiast, he discovered the inner peace that archery has brought to him, and wanted to share this excellent sport and experience with more people.
